Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. As a teenager she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card aged 17. She became the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her college education. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her result. It's not surprising that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with the machine along with bent-over rows. First, she warms up and then moves on to working out. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
